Steam workshop files wont download

23 Apr 2015 After subscribing to Workshop items in Steam, the items appear in-game under for the items and I am fairly certain that they have not been downloaded. Hopefully someone out there can help those of us who for some reason can't play with mods! folder in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\.
